Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Address Modifications

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us immediately at
care@eoluxe.com before your order has been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

Delivery Restrictions

At this time, Eoluxe ships exclusively within the United Kingdom.

We do not deliver to:

▹ BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at care@eoluxe.com we will investigate the issue with the courier and will provide either a replacement or a refund if the parcel is confirmed as lost.
